Oh, I love this so much! You capture them both wonderfully here. I love Callie's reaction to Arizona's need to just hold her. Perfect.

One thing though - you have Arizona say in therapy that she woke up two weeks after the crash without a leg - it was actually two months.

finally you are back with this, yay!!! and whoa!!! what a chapter. They are both perfect, intense, reacting as I think they would.
Having both assisting to Sofia's first steps has been adorable and incredibily meaningful considering that Arizona just had made the first huge "baby step" in therapy too, I saw it as a great parallel, awesome awesome touch dear!!! and a fantastic idea! you never disappoint with imagination and creativity with the girls.

I love that Arizona is back at home!

I am back! I was sick, sorry! I'm glad you enjoyed the chapter though.

I was hoping someone would mention Sofia's first steps because I really wanted that in there. Arizona got one moment where her leg genuinely didn't matter to her because her daughter was walking and she was there to see it. :) It was one of my favorite parts of this chapter.

I agree! That part was wonderful. I had to read that part twice to process it, though, just because I know the girls are walking in real life. I forgot we hadn't necessarily seen this moment with Sofia on the show.

Well, and I think the writer have kind of forgotten that she's supposed to be a little smaller/slower than other kids her age just because of the way she was born so I wouldn't expect her to walk as soon as kids that were born perfectly healthy.

Feel better. I missed this story too.I think the writers at Grey's need writers like you to fix their screw up. Looking forward to more.
