[He'll find Squall sooner or later, of course, but that doesn't mean Squall won't make him work for it. He had plenty of practice avoiding Seifer back at Garden.

It didn't do him a whole lot of good in the grand scheme of things back then, either.

A whole lot of persistence later, Seifer finally finds him... walking the beach, gunblade at his side like always.]
