I had my wisdom teeth pulled today.
It was a snap decision in the dentist's chair
followed by an unrivaled surge of adrenaline.
Well, maybe it wouldn't be unrivaled if I exercised more
(besides the point)
I really hate the taste of my own blood
chewing on gauze
and embarking on what might be the most wretched pain of my twenty-odd years.

So that was my first surgery.
I am no longer intact.
