Day 03 - Favorite Character Screwed Over By Canon
MARY STUART (REIGN)
If you've never watched Reign, please watch that two minute video. It's utterly fabulous, for one, and it was created about halfway through last year, when this show was pure *magic*. Mary, Queen of Scots, at age 14, running around the French court with her four best friends, engaged to Francis II (but that engagement is a tentative political truce really, in the beginning) should have a *fuckload* of potential. But this show...it's like it was created by an automated plot generator, and had a Magic 8 Ball to make the big decisions. At this point, everyone seems pretty checked out, and it's just sad, because I was madly infatuated with it last year.
