Low key and fantastic
My weekend was low key and lots of fun. Friday evening I had an expresso mocha smoothie at the neighborhood restaurant Marathon before some friends and I saw Last Holiday. I love fairy tale movies especially with lots of food, fabulous clothes, extreme sports and Queen Latifah. Saturday, I was doing laundry looking for something to do; turns out my old roomate Jess was in Philly! I had dinner with her, her sister and a couple of her sisters friends. Sunday, I went to Ikea and grocery shopping out on Delaware Ave with Jess and her sister. Quite an ordeal without a car, which Jess had. It was awesome! I'm looking for a job; I'd like something to get my foot in the door with pastry before I start internships, but I'm not finding much in that department; I found an administrative assistant position in catering and sales which would be a good industry part time job, but not really the direction I'm looking for. I'll look into it, but keep looking as well.
