McDonalds iCon Chicken: Cheese Fondue Burger
So the next burger to come out at the Kinkakuji Mcdonalds is the Cheese Fondue burger. Since I had this obscenely long break between classes, I headed over to Mcdonalds after class for lunch.
The Kinkakuji Mcdonalds is 2 floors, always efficient, and has a very nice modern wood/glass interior. Wi-Fi for DS too!
The Cheese Fondue burger (like the others) goes for 360 yen for the burger, and 680 for the meal set. It consists of the following: Bun, Breaded chicken coated in melted cheese, Slice of cheese, Bacon, Lettuce, Bun
This bun is way better than the German Sausage bun.
Like Mos Burger, the burger itself came in a paper pocket so when you eat it, the cheese won't ooze all over your hands.
The burger itself is actually pretty good (if you're a fan of cheese and chicken). However, the cheese does have a processed taste to it, which can be a bit offputting.

After this, the Kinkakuji Mcdonalds is re-releasing the German Sausage burger. I'm looking forward to November, when the spicy Diavolo burger and the Carbonara burger come out.
