It really means so. Some things are really nice to have but not critical, so you say to them "I don't have time" but some are critical, so you do them. And it's ok.
Just when you want to do something and say "I don't have time" you have to goive yourself a clear understanding that by saying this you say "I don't want" This changes the perspective how you see that thing. If you really don't want- fine, be so. But if really this is something critical - you must/shought/ought to recognise it and do find the time. And you can usually find time by letting go of other things that are less critical than this one.

I did that gradually after my son was born and I had to fit this into my life.
- at first I let go of hobbies and sports that are not critical/intersting
- then I optimised the time I spend shopping/cleaning/choring etc.
- now that all of it is gone, what do I let go of: the thoughts. The poisoning thinking and time spent regretting, blaming, hating, over-analising, angering, jealousy.
I wonder once I'm done what will be the next step?

Will see... so far this is one of my little umber of still lingering hobbies which I still consider valuable for myself.
By the way I realised that one of my hobbies is actually seeing my friends and talking to them. This is where a lot of my time goes and my hubby doesn't understand why do I spend so much time with them and always complain that I don't have a time for hobby.
Well - it's time to acknowledge that this IS my hobby - seeing friends and talking to them.
Now that I realise that it is my conscious decision to stop spending time on that and do something more fulfilling OR just keep doing it and value that time more, as that is actually my official hobby.
