Shit. In one week I will be done with my post-bac year; if all goes well with finals, I will have a 3.75 for this semester (which would put me on the Dean's list) and a 3.65 for the total post-bac year (three semesters) while taking nothing but science courses. Fuck. Yes. THAT IS SOME REAL SHIT RIGHT THERE. PLUS I have my three letters of recommendation secured. PLUS I'm taking the GREs at the beginning of June and I am going to kick its ass. PLUS... well, who knows. Life is really, really sweet right now.

Or it will be, in a week, when I am done. :P In between tonight and next week, these are the things left to tackle:

* Microbio Lab final (12 hours from now... lol)
* Human Repro Poster Presentation (15 hours from now)
* Microbio Lecture final (Monday)
* Anatomy Lecture final (Wednesday)
* Biochem Lecture final (Thursday)
* Human Repro presentation final (Thursday)

Fuuuuuuuuuuuuck. Ask me if I've started studying yet. Ha. I haven't. Guess who's seeing Iron Man 2 in spite of said list of 6 hells. This gal. :P With that said... here's the plan of attack for the weekend. PLEASE ADHERE TO THIS GUIDELINE, WEEKEND KRIS.

Friday: Biochem exam #1 material review, Final presentation for Human Repro, Anatomy new material review
Saturday: Biochem exam #1 material review, Microbio final review
Sunday: Biochem exam #2 material review, Microbio final review
Monday: Microbio final @ 1pm. Biochem exam #2 material review, Anatomy exam #1 & #2 review
Tuesday: Biochem #3 material review, Anatomy exam #3 & #4 review
Wednesday: Anatomy final @ 11:30am. Biochem material #3 review + new material (ETC).
Thursday: Biochem final @ 11am. And then... FREEDOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM. Kind of. Then I start studying for the GREs and working on my CASPA application for PA masters' programs.

On a good note, however, I asked my NP if she knew of anyone I could shadow and she said yes--yay! If I end up getting interviews at schools, having shadowing experience will definitely help keep me as a relevant candidate. :] It feels like everything is starting to come together--I know I've worked hard for it, but it's still crazy to see things working out for me. For the first time, I feel content with the direction I've chosen as well as happy to be learning new things in the science field. ♥ Now all I need to do is land a well-paying research position during this interim year and I'll be set. :]
