Once again I had a pretty busy weekend.
Friday: I was supposed to be going to a retreat with the people at church but I went to the prayer meeting at my aunt's apartment. I learned a lot and think we would have been there a lot longer if some people didn't need to go to work the next morning. Overall I think it was much needed and it made me do a lot of thinking.
Saturday: I was supposed to meet up with 1 of my friends because she was moving to Oregan, but that didn't happen since she needed to spend time with her family and that's understandable. Just sucks that I didn't get to say goodbye because I don't know when is the next time I'll see her. But I wanted to go to the Block because I wanted to see the guys from At Last again. So I took my cousin Julie with me. We came just in time even though we thought that we were going to be late but because the people at the Block messed up and had something else going on in the center where they would perform. So they didn't know exactly where they should be. Still we had a good time and I look forward to seeing the guys perform again. I hope they would want to continue to come back to OC. I wouldn't be surprised of they end up going to Downtown Disney or Spectrum instead after that.
Sunday: I had my normal church stuff going on. But then I needed to go to my friend MyMy's parent's house because she's donating things for my aunt with her ministry in Malaysia. It was nice seeing her again. Too bad we didn't have time to do much. Then I headed back to the church and had a long unplanned talk with Heather. There were some things that was on my mind but I wanted to talk to someone about it so I'm glad that I was able to talk to her.
Today: I had an interview for another church. The funny thing about it was I applied for a different position for the same church several weeks ago and didn't know about it. Then I got a phone call about a position that I applied for several days ago. And he mentioned that this was the same church and he remembered talking to me on the phone. The problem last time was I wasn't able to go to the meeting they had. When I was at their house today his family was all nice even the kids were friendly. I think the interview went okay but I don't know if they wanted to interview me based from that.
