Still Alive.
Ladies and gentlemen,
It's true.After continuous requests from my (largely inexistent)audience Lelian is back!!And here's a summary of what has been going on with my life the last year.
*Education*
I'm currently studying in Holland (Utrecht).Hopefully i'll manage to get a major in Philosophy and a minor in Literature.Or some similar combo.Time will tell.
*Friends*
What can I say?I've met people from all over the world.And finally I got to meet people with more nationalities than me.And my old friends?Now that I'm back home for vacation ,it's as if nothing changed.
*Books*
Reading like mad.And except for The Majestic Mr. Gaiman everything I read is at least 1.600 years old.
*Love Life*
Three words.Long distance relationship.
*Religion/Philosophy*
I'm currently delving into neo-platonist philosophers like Iamblichus,Porphyry,the blessed emperor Julian and Sallustius.Also,I read an excellent text on Stoic theology by Lucius Cornutus entitled Theologiae Graecae compendium.Let's not forget the sublime Orhphic Hymns which I'm reading over and over again...What?Religion is not just reading books?True,true...Well,in my defence I'm actually using this stuff to enrich my spiritual life.After all paganism is more about doing stuff rather than reading stuff.Surprisingly,the average pagan reads more books than "the people of the book" themselves.
*Creation/Art*
The sector which has suffered the most due to my constant shift from excessive activity to non-activity.I haven't forgotten any of my projects though and now I hope I'll be able to work more.
