Baiash lost his job due to "gross misconduct" charges brought against him by ms kaplan. now i could go into all the details, but really, what it comes down to, is yes, he did make a mistake having people over his apartment after the thurs night party in the dining hall, BUT, the underage drinkers that were at his house were also drinking at Kaplans party (at the dining hall) and had bracelets. she also snuck in uninvited. so, even if what he did was a mistake, he still doesnt deserve to be sacked over one "misconduct" i think, because he is an important part of st johns.
