life would be easier if someone just invented a food substance pre-packaged in servings that were 20g protein, 10 g fiber, and less than 5g sugar. All for under 120 calories. And low fat. And filling

that could work somewhat. I tend to find trail mix to have too much sugar per serving (the way I make it.) I suppose I could re-format to leave out the dried fruit, but that is my favorite part.
I start craving veggies about 1-2 weeks into doing this; but this time it is coming early, and I have no carrots with me. How sad.
Then I eat an amazing quantity of salad. I make a garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice dressing over a big bowl of raw kale. The other one I eat once a day sometimes is spinach, avocado & Sardine salad - this one definitely hits my 20p/>5s/10+f wishes, but it isn't low fat or low cal.
