Pillow Talk is a sex comedy that starts out about two people in college-the hot-tempered Shilah and the (sometimes) rational, off-beat Victor. The two sleep together on a regular basis, but to the eyes of the public, are just two argumentative friends. Their strange and off-the-wall conversations before, after, and during are possible only ( Read more... )

If you dress up as Rin for Anime Iowa (assuming you're going), I should dress up as Shigure XD

And if you do go to Atlanta, have a great time! I've been wanting to meet some of my online friends, but parents...

Rin's been my dream since high school! Except the one outfit of hers that I really wanted...I'd likely have to make it or alter an existing store-bought piece and I don't think I'm advanced enough in my sewing for it. She's just so hawt. XD

I could see you as a 'Gure though! And as a Yuki. haha.

Posh! It's a convention! Lots of people go. How would your parents ever find out that you met them? Cons are safe places to meet folks generally. Should give it a try! (*bad influence* Lol)

I'm still thinking about Iowa. Not sure yet. Pre-registration is still open and I want to talk to my family (previous years my brother and sisters have gone). And I suppose all of this banks on whether or not I get a decent job this summer. LOL.

Britain has killed my credit cards.

The lack of sewing skills for me is why I bought my costume for Ouran XD

Appearance for Shigure isn't a problem, it's just my personality being completely opposite of his. Yuki I won't have a problem being, ditto with Hatori.

Yeah, I'm going to start interacting with my online friends more next school year.

If you do go to Iowa, let me know, since I'll be driving and going via car convoy. I understand the financial situation, since I'm having to budget myself for the things I want this coming year. I've decided to dress up as Shigure, though, and am going to get someone to make a gray kimono for me. Just need my own Shigure dog plush on my shoulder- will buy that this summer.

You have an Ouran costume? BAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Which character were you attempting to disguise yourself as?

DO IT. DO IT. I've only ever met one online friend...but I phone-text and mail stuff to another. And then one friend I made through lj because of my travels, RANDOMLY was introduced at a party. It was so bizarre.

Wheeee, 'Gure!!!! *huggles* That is really cool. ^^ I almost feel like you should have a plushie Tohru to torment. :P

OR A SNAKE WRAPPED AROUND YOUR NECK. XD

A seahorse keychain dangling from 'Gure's man-obi. XD

LOL. Okay, I'll stop. Anyway, if I go, I'll definitely let you know. I'll probably have my own transport crew, but it will be cool to meet up and hang out and stuff! *Take pictures, lol* I'm leaning towards "yes" but I really need to make sure I secure a job this summer or else I'm not going anywhere. >__

*changes "Buy" to "Rent"* Buying the costume would have been $130 XD

I was going as Kyouya Ootori, the cold-hearted head of finances. It was rather interesting, though.

And no Ayame XD Unlike Shigure, I actually find him rather annoying...

Maybe a seahorse keychain or an actual dragon keychain would be nice...

:D :D :D

I totally thought that's who you'd be. I mean...the glasses. LOL.

Yes yes...Ayame can be rather annoying, but he's so funny when he's with 'Gure XD (maybe because 'Gure is magic and can make any scene good :P)

O.o Yeesh about the costume. Where are you renting from?

It was from some local costume store downtown, forgot the actual name... it was cheap, and it worked... I'm going to probably ask someone to make the grey kimono for me, otherwise some family members are going to Japan this summer and I'll probably ask them to get me one...
