left book at school
arg.... wanted to read it
soo.... badly.... senses numbing....
decompressing into melty skin and heart blob

("boohoo!" and other whiney sentiments)

so i'm reading the Otherworld series (actually a book extended into four books since all those pages wouldn't fit into one cover) which one friend has said she really liked a lot, and the other friend said he was very dissapointed in. so i'm on the last one, the culmination of one of the past couple of weeks hobbies, and i left it at school today! even though i didn't even have any time to read it at lunch! arg. oh well, at least i have a four day weekend to recover. the only thing is that i really need to buy The Confessor (Goodkind's last Sword of Truth series novel, very long awaited)and start reading it on saturday!

also, i really am close to maxing out my levels in Ever Quest II (finally) and am making a bajillion plat (in that game) and am therefore wanting to make more and spend more, as well as levelling up since there's so much to see and do still. plus it's fun to play with Jeff.

hm. since i have some time... in other news, my dear friend's Myriah and Michael have had their baby, Margaux and she's as cute as any baby i've seen. She has the sweetest nose and little pouty mouth. anyway, she's kind of like the closest to "neice" i'm going to have in a long time in "my side of the family" (since i inherited quite a few "neices" this summer when i married Jeff) =}

also, grandparent's day at school is tomorrow. the children will bring grandparents into the montessori classroom and show them their favorite materials, then they get to take the grandparents upstairs and do a little choral presentation on some of the songs they've been learning. i told jeff this evening that it's like a test... i'm so used to getting excellent grades that i'll be really dissapointed if everyone's not super impressed and pleased with their experience. augh. perfectionist to the max.

at least i don't have dance classes this week. that would add to my stress level muy mucho.

i'm really thankful for all the free time i've had lately, but i have so many options in the pasttimes world, that it seems like there's still not enough!

we're also buying Mass Effect tomorrow. we'll see how much spare time i have then! (and see if the dishes are ignored for about a week) ;-D

books, grandparent's day
