Email 1: If you have openable windows in your office or lab, please close them before you leave today. We're expecting a temperature drop of about 40 degrees overnight. We'd like to keep office and lab floods to a minimum. -- Jim
Email 2: Please check your department's spaces before leaving at the end of this mild weather day. Occupied and unoccupied areas should be inspected to make sure windows are closed and thermostats are set so that the pipes will not freeze since temperatures are dropping below 32 degrees tonight.
