First Day Of School

Jan 12, 2005 02:11

I bumped into Marsha and her son on the first day of school. We have not met for a long time, and I felt that we were both happy to see each other. I was surprised when she introduced me to her son. "Nathan, I want you to meet my friend, Keith," she said. Marsha was my professor for a couple of psychology classes. I graded for a few of her classes after that and ran experiments in her lab for a while. It felt weird but nice when she introduced me as a friend, instead of say, a former student.

I have been eating an apple a day. Or a decent amount of fruits, like bananas or grapes. It is not like I hate fruits or I have been too lazy to eat them. It is just too troublesome to shop for grocery. I hate grocery shopping! I am trying to make it a point to overcome that this semester.

The home 2020 class seems overly ambitious, the motion graphics class seems overly time-consuming, the info visualization class seems overly boring, the memory class clashes with the motion graphics... Argh. I only want 2 out of all the classes I signed up for. I will sleep on it and dream of a solution. Will "shop" around first.

I wanted to show you my new highlights!

I put up the above because it is a nice product of experimentation.
