1) Strictly by postage (registered mail at additional S$2.24 unless otherwise stated that it's free.).
2) I'm based in Singapore but I do ship the items to overseas, charges I will check with the post office. (just comment if you are interested.)
3) ATM/Interbank/I-banking transfers to DBS or UOB accounts are highly preferred.
