I am sorry to say that Knob Cat is no more, but is now Puss Head.

I noticed that Tinkerbell Puss Head had been sleeping a lot more these past couple of days, so her abscess must have been bugging her. Sure enough I went to check it this morning and I guess I accidentally picked off the scab because puss just started oozing out of her head. Blegh. ( Read more... )

LOL OMG! I didn't even notice how my mood fit perfectly with this post. :D

Nope, she seemed more angry that we were putting wet towels on her head then actual disinfectant.

I hope that it doesn't anymore infected or anything, but peroxide is a good thing. That will help get rid of gunky stuff.

I think she's feeling better. It was painful to get all that puss out, but she seems a lot happier afterwards.

I would, but the vet assistant said not to cover the hole where the puss is oozing out.

It was painful to get all that out, but she's actually feeling much better. Still she needs all the hugs she can get. :)
