cause at least someone will make me accountable...

Super proud of myself. I've cut down my soda from (don't judge me) a 2 liter of soda at home, and 2-3 20oz's at work. I'm not down to 2 20oz's at home and 1-2 CAN'S at work. Mom says she can tell my stomachs already flatter. I've also started eating more veggies and fruits (which is hard cause there isn't much I like). I'm also keeping an eye on the sodium content of my foods.

Today I checked my blood pressure as I was leaving work and it was 141/100 which is a LOT better than it was on Monday. Only thing I'm hating so far is the stomach pains from the cut back of soda, and having to pee ALL THE DAMN TIME. But, that would be the water pill part of the meds. So getting better, haven't been on a scale yet, but I'm holding off for a full week :)
