Kahlan was wearing white when she first appeared to Richard in the books, and she wasn't the Mother Confessor, then. It's been a while since I've read but didn't all confessors wear white? Like on the show?

yes agreed She was always the Mother Confessor in the books because everyone else was dead and not just by default either it says somewhere that she was MC since her early 20's.

OMG YES I saw the like 2 second clip of Denna in White and flipped out. I can't remember what color is what in the books.
Is it when they take a mate? ICR so then Denna was wearing white when she had Richard in the book? I have to reread that part :)
I thought it was like some vague attempt at making her "spirit" like lol
anyway looks to be amazing no doubt.
