Since starting to jump rope as regular exercise, I finally managed to finish the 'beginner' sessions, then decided to start one of their 30-day challenges, a core strength builder. Today was day 8, and the first time using the 2 lb (0.9kg) weighted rope, and that thing is no joke. Very easy to tell where it was by feel, and definitely more ( Read more... )
