(no subject)
it's officially 2006 -- why am I awake so early? I am dogsitting for four dogs. three in one family and then the fourth from another who is staying at my parents house. I didn't do much last night anyway, I went to see nicole, my favorite person ever, because she is leaving this morning (actually she left already) for australia for four months! I watched her pack, then clean her room, then I invited myself to stay for dinner with the youngwirths. I am so exicted for her. I don't think I'd have the balls to move to australia for four months, I don't think I'd even have the balls to fly there because the flight is so long. I haven't updated in a really long time. what else is new? a few weeks ago I broke my face. okay, I didn't break it, but I fell on ice and split my mouth open pretty bad and had to go to the emergency room. the worst part was that my lips swelled up so much and it hurt to open my mouth (talk, eat, etc). also I had these scabs above my lip that rachel kindly pointed out look like herpes. the third worst part was I called hayden from the emergency room to tell him what happened, left a message, and then he left a message back while I was in the hospital asking me to "do him a favor and not call anymore". not exactly the sympathy I was hoping for, especially since he had called me just days before to tell me about his stay in the emergency room because he fractured his pelvis. made me feel like shit, and I have been doing him that favor ever since. it's been almost three weeks and my mouth looks way better, I just have a scar above my lip that will hopefully go away. I have to start taking this new medication tonight that has a strong risk for making me sick. I'm sort of nervous, but I have to do it, so I hope I dont wind up puking all night.
