It's so strange to be back...
I haven't written on LJ since...well...2009, really. I have my old account, but the posts are all private now. I like what I wrote there but it was a different time, a different me.
It's interesting to see how LJ is different, and also the same, and how fandom has evolved as well. Tumblr? Psh. Remember when it was all about the icons?
Speaking of which, I wonder if I can go rescue some of my favorites. Or maybe I shouldn't. Maybe I should start from scratch. New fandom, new me.
Would I go back to writing regular entries? Dunno. I do want to practice writing in general, though; I think my style has changed in the last few years and it would be interesting to test it out.
Speaking of which, I think I have a drabble to finish for Halloween. Don't know if I'm going to be able to make the non-drabble piece work. It feels flat and boring & I don't really know what the story I'm trying to tell is supposed to be. Plot? Not my strong suit.
Maybe I'll just practice plotting.
