1. Southern California - wow southern huh? i'm actually from the northern part of california, particularly in the sf bay area. but it might all the times i keep going down there for disneyland for my daughter's birthday. this year is very questionable, since it seems like the gov't is so broke, they're actually making me pay...D:
2. Lionhearts - for those that don't know, lionhearts wass a guild in the mmorpg game i always play on (maplestory). i cannot play any shooter 3d games, well, actually ANY 3-d games. i get frickin' nauseous as hell. best people in that guild i tell you. our leader, grieving was awesome, and man we got many fond and not so fond memories there. the breakup of the guild was bound to happen considering many of us were on hiatus. what i loved about it is not everyone was from america...so i thought that was cool. we do, though, need another forum to swap pics and stuff...
3. Marriage - people say it's hard...but actually i don't think it is. the only thing that's so hard about it is trust, compromising, and communication. the rest is literally, easy-peasy. anyway, if it takes two people to be in a relationship, then it takes two people to work with it. and this is also for people who are in serious relationships. nothing changed. it's just a fuckin' stigma from dumbasses who think it's a prison for most. it's only a prison if you make it into a prison. we recently celebrated our 10 year anniversary. haha that was fun. put it this way, i only known my husband for 4 1/2 months before we married. was he the one? it's quite possible he is. i never really dated anyone that much (unless you count online relationships). i was 19 when i married him btw.
4. Massage Therapy - shortly after my daughter was born, every time i was watching my favorite shows, a massage school commercial kept popping up. and it sure looked interesting. i wasn't so happy with the fact that the school was a long drive for me and an inconvenience since i would hit traffic in both directions. so after i started jeet kune do, my instructor told me there was actually a local school that does massage therapy. and it literally snowballed from there. i was going to my local community college and this school in 2007 at the same time, and for some reason, i did not have a problem with it. i loved the fact that everything i learned at my jeet kune do class kinda integrated with the stuff i learned at the massage school. the only thing i regret about going to that school is working for the school. other than that, the people i met there were totally awesome (free massages anyone?) and the teachers were really great to work with. right now, i'm waiting for the state laws to change where i just need one license for any city because the laws at the moment require you to go to every city and apply for a license (usually $200 per city). i just need to finish my completion stuff and i'll get the minimum of 500 hours...completion stuff = homework. also, to know that there are massage techniques out there that can help depression and other "dis-eases" is quite amazing, considering that i only know the scientific side = medicine is usually a cure as the doctors say, but nowadays, people are definitely looking at their health in a more holistic and natural approach.
5. Apple Jax (The Cereal) - ok, so the cereal, apple jacks, is the cereal i usually eat and probably claimed as my own as a child. my mom would buy my bro a certain cereal and then i have my own. as i got older and started making my own webpage, it occured to me that, "OMFG i love apple jacks and people call me jacks." then i realized that it would be a cooler spelling if i took the name from the character in mortal combat "jax" (yes i played that at one point in my life). anyway, back to the cereal, it tasted good in the past. i don't know wtf they added in that cereal but i can taste some weird shit. i'm truly disappointed. and if ur wondering if they taste like apples...give me a break, it's full of sugar! there's no way it's gonna taste like apples UNLESS there's real apples in there to begin with.
now pass it on :3
