Look what my Mish-Fish (sea_shel) got me for Christmas!!!
It's a little toy Ernie from Sesame Street! =D =D
He's still a little squashed cuz he came in a vaccuum pack. Also he's squashed cos I couldn't find the digital camera, so I, er... scanned him. =P
Her story is that she obviously couldn't get an Avenue Q toy (as they kinda don't exist), so my consolation was this, which I could colour in green to look like Nicky. >D
Ew, in my google search for that Nicky picture, I somehow came up with M-rated Rod/Nicky fanart. I found it moderately disturbing... mostly for the fact that fluro green and blue do not seem to compliment slashy nudity. Ew.
Anyway, even though he's kinda flat, I do love him so. =D!!!
The first thing Mish and I proceeded to do when we got him out was make him mime a little dance of 'If You Were Gay'.

Suffice to say aside from work, I'm feeling like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I got a good enough score that I can pretty much get into any of the courses I wanted to (none of them were scary-accedemic though, which is a bonus), plus a few I didn't (Hello, Aeronoughtics at Monash!) I'm not going to be getting into anything ridiculously intelligent like Law or Medicine, but I never really had any plans to. The only thing I've had to worry about now, really, is the results of the auditions, which they technically can't tell you until January when placements come out. But.... we called a few Unis today aaaaand...

I just found out that I passed the Monash audition!!! They want me for Monash Music!!! Which is my second preference. So whatever happens, I'm going to get into an Arts/Music course!!!!!

Suffice again to say, not even my inherrent lack of abilty to succeed at work, nor my pale, hairy little flub of a pot-belly are ruining my current good mood. FINALLY things seem to be going right.
