A continuation from the previous entry, more of Melbourne. I will try not to type too many things and provide more pictures instead (by request).

Queen Victoria Market was one of our destinations as well, but there wasn't much there because it was somewhat similar to Hobart's Salamanca Market, but on a much larger scale. Most of the things were quite repetitive. Nevertheless, we walked through it 1 round. Happened to bump into a Launceston mate of mine, Jamilene. That was really unexpected. What are the odds of bumping into someone randomly in this huge market? After QV Market, we headed for desert (but it was our lunch in the end) at Muleta's.

Joining us was Sharon and Colin

Sharon's Sticky Date Pudding, which tasted like
Pulut Hitam (?!) according to YY

And we shared 2 awfully huge pieces of pancakes
topped with mixed berries

I have to mention this; I like Melbourne because most of its shops (boutiques, small cafes) have a character of its own, unlike shops in Sydney, which are mostly franchises of some label/brand. Ok, the following pictures are quite random, not following any particular order. Will caption appropriately so that everyone can follow.

Us having brunch at Kush (Chapel St)

Shared some dips...

...and a Big Breakfast

Grill'd is supposedly a healthy burger place because
they use lean meat and wholegrain buns, but a burger
is still a burger.

My grilled chicken burger. Small portion
as compared to alot of the burgers
that I have had here in AU.

Interesting wall within Grill'd

Chapel across Flinders Street
Train Station

Flinders Street Train Station. One of the landmarks
we often used when navigating in Melbourne city.

Old Tram

New Tram

Self-shot on the train

A view from Telstra Dome

And the Telstra Dome itself

YY busying with setting up...

...for this shot

Outside Crown Casino. It was bad weather later in
the night. Strong winds and rain. Pretty much
the weather throughout my stay in Melbourne.

Had this for brunch at this cafe called Tusk. It is
stacked with rosti, smoked salmon and eggs.

Okies... I realize I managed to cover the rest of Melbourne in this entry. My next entry should be about Sydney, and a small section on Canberra (no pictures though).
