THAT FINALE WAS LIKE A CHOCOLATE CAKE ORGASM. WITH ICE CREAM.

Er, yeah -- so, as must be obvious, I have jumped on the White Collar bandwagon.

And this finale gave me EVERYTHING I LOVE ABOUT THIS SHOW. Shall I make a list of the things that I loved, in no particular order? Yes, yes, I think I shall.

Seriously, who is going to write me the fic about Peter and El taking Neal home and giving him a bath?

...might be more fun that writing cuddle-sobbing airstrip fic. Or could make a longer fic with the bath after the cuddles and sobbing.

YES. YES, YOU WILL. :D This show makes you feel rewarded for watching it. It's so satisfying. And after Torchwood, it feels so good to have that in a show.

Plus, it's intelligent. It's like sophisticated television without being snooty. The characters are all smart and likable. I want to give them all snuggles. Which might not be a reason to watch the show, but... I think it is. You know me, it's always the characters that keep me coming back.

Also, Matt Bomer's nice to look at and they give lots of fanservice-y shots of him shirtless. It's total fanservice. I'm okay with that. ;)

They are better than House and Wilson because they really trust each other and they're not hiding it. It's also not the way House always takes advantage of Wilson. There's no bitchery here. JUST EPIC MAN LOVE!

Seriously, Neal and Peter, they love each other and they respect each other, and even though they screw up sometimes (especially Neal), they don't want to hurt each other. But the show is smart enough to make that interesting -- basically it doesn't buy into the whole "people must treat each other like crap" to create "drama" thing.

I got the first episodes, will take a look. :D But I like House and Wilson. xD I don't think it's 'people must treat each other like crap to create drama' kind of thing. There's more to it. House is a rly fucked up man, and even if it seems like cheap argument for drama, the deepest thing in the entire show is how he relates to Wilson, and how Wilson responds to him. I think it's awesome. And I've met people like House. They exist.

But anyway. xD I'll watch it! /o/
