Four Pics of Birds and One of Marigolds
Hi, just four pics of birds in my back garden...a dove who thinks its a finch, a scruffy blackbird and some sunbathing blackbirds too, and a pic of some marigolds too.
This collared dove seems to think that it's a finch! And yes, it does manage to get the seeds out!! You've got to admire its tenacity...and balance!!
Not the best photo, but Scruffy doesn't tend to stay long - our resident pair soon see him out! He's the scruffiest blackbird I've ever seen.
It's not just us humans who like to sunbathe by the pool, well, okay, the water bowl in this case, so does our female blackbird, MiLady!! Again, not a brilliant photo.
It was nice to see our blackbirds, MiLady and Mister Diplomat, taking time to sunbathe together! Wish I had a better camera!!
