Meet our founder, Nora Roberts. I got the name from one of my favorite authors. Nora is the first inhabitant of my new neighborhood, Leenyland Canyon.
Here's her little house. I usually don't put up siding until later in the building process. It's just a waste of valuable simoleans until your house actually takes shape!
First things first, we must get a job. I think she had $4 left at this point because the wall kept eating her phones somehow. I'd put it up and then it would disappear. Who knows, I sure don't!
The first person to welcome Nora to Leenyland Canyon was Garden Club member, Elaine Clarke. They got along pretty well so I just let them talk for until new people walked by.
This was the Welcome Wagon. On the left is Rosa Pena and on the right is Lila Tester. Lila is the Sim I made to "play around" with. I basically just used her as the lot to spawn townies in.
Someone kept asking her to play kicky bag and I can't stand kicky bag because I'm weird like that, so I kept canceling it out. Eventually she got the hint and decided to play football instead.
OTH = Sports!
Enter Kyle Wilkerson. He just randomly walked by and since the guy in the Welcome Wagon wasn't very compatible with Nora, I decided to try my luck.
My luck was pretty good! They pretty much ignored everyone else on the lot for the next few hours. Especially Ms. Garden Club back there who kept waiting to slam Nora with a water balloon. Never happened, she couldn't tear herself away from Kyle!
Hello! Took care of things myself! No thanks.
I do have ACR, but it's been disabled for a week now. So all this swooning they do is their 2 bolts of chemistry (without any of the turn ons being set for each other!).
As soon as I kicked everyone out for the night, the phone rang. It was Kyle of course!
First day on the job went well. She got promoted and I was able to build on a tiny bedroom.

She's probably the most boring laid back founder I've ever had. I'm not complaining though, she's easy to please.
I was bored though so I figured it was time to invite Kyle over for more wooing. They already had an 80 Daily score.

They are cute together though!
Except when they notice the rain together and give new meaning to Vulcan Mind Meld.
This is Nora eating. She just sits there and chews daintily.
I had her dig for treasure so I could try and get enough money for a double bed. I ended up finding some canisters and getting $200 for them. Yay!
Which means it's time to get Kyle moved in, so I invited him over for a date.
It wasn't long before they were wanting WooHoo. So I moved him in and his $480 gave me enough for the bed I needed.
It's a little sad that it means more to him then it does to her. haha.
The want popped up in both their panels after the woohoo-ing, so no time like the present.
Since there is nowhere near enough money for any kind of wedding I went ahead and did it then and there. Not exciting, I know.
