I'm in escrow. EMD wire transferred, inspection complete, pricing the three appliances needed.
The inspection only turned up a few odds and ends, nothing major.
I'm getting one hell of a deal here. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, big master walk-in-closet, family room, dining room, living room, kitchen nook, and kitchen. 1805 square feet, all tile downstairs.
Happy and nervous at the same time.
