Computer Blues Revisited
Zoe is in several pieces all over my desk, and when I try booting with just processor and RAM, I get an ominous four long beeps, which Google assures Dawn means the motherboard has gone to a better place.
To add to my frustration, this is ofcouse a holiday, and all of the computer shops are closed. This means tomorrow is the first chance I'll get to fix my mistake. *heavy sigh*
Taken in the context that a couple of dear friends are bearing down on some bad news about a loved one (whom I have never met), my problems are clearly very minor, so I'll quit belly-aching now.
For those of you not in mourning, I wish you a fine holiday weekend. Those with problems bigger than mine, I wish you love and peace of mind.
And hey, Doctor Who is starting up this weekend, so even I have something good to look forward to.
