Everyone was about to leave the building I chose for cover and such, for the love of the dragons was dying down. But, needless to say, they were still stunned by the dragons. They were surely going to show off the dragons. I knew they loved their dragons, but I still made them pledge not to do harm. They pledged as one," I pledge not to harm my dragons and to take care of them with as much as I can give to them." To their surprise, I pledged too. So they walked out, happy with their dragons. I knew they needed someone to help them, but I needed my own help too. So I surprised the small dragons by saying," We both need help. Would you be willing to help me if I help you too?" They said yes. But by that time, we needed each other much more than we thought. For the people who weren't invited were jealous. And they wanted revenge on me.
So we went into the rest of the building to leave, and nearly got caught in a trap. There were all kinds of traps, but it was mostly wires to tangle us. From then on, we helped each other so much we became inseparable from each other. We both saved each other on many occasions. The hardest time I had was when they attacked physically. For I protected my little dragons from harm, but nearly at the cost of my life. The reason we got caught in the last trap was there was meat enough for a week, and dodging all of the traps was taking up a lot of energy. It was a good thing it was the last attack on me, for the dragons had to carry me to a hospital because I had passed out from blood loss, shock, and lack of energy, and then was knocked unconscious by blows.
I awoke in a white room. Then I remembered passing out and panicked instantly. I sat up and asked," Where are my dragons?", softly at first, then louder. The tenth time around, I screamed. When no one came, I cried and sobbed for my dragons. I was so panicked, I flew around until I saw my dragons. I was tired, but I didn't care. I went down and cried and sobbed, but this time with joy instead of sadness. I, once again, passed out.
I woke up again, but this time much more quickly. And this time, my dragons were near. As soon as they knew I'd be okay, they asked me question after question after question. I answered them all as best I could. Then, I asked them what happened. They told me everything, from when I had passed out and they knew I would both kill and be killed to save them, to why I woke up in a white room, to why they had no clue I was calling.
We all chose to put our difficulties behind us and get better. So we went to my home and rested. Then we swore not to fall for another trap like that.
