A resolution for the New Year (kinda)
The distance: One and a half miles
Time in which an average female Naval officer can run it: 9.5 mins
Time in which Ashlie can run it: 12.3 mins
So that means that
A. I have to quit smoking
B. I need to shave off a few mins by August in order to keep up.
Ahhh yes...got home early last nite and decided to see just how much i needed to shape up....turns out to be alot more than i thought, but thats ok...it will give me something to do until August.
