Well, I just got off the phone with an old friend. It’s sad to see the way things are but they are what they are. I am sad for this person and happy for them (if this is possible). My birthday was yesterday. It was nice. It’s always nice to have people call, IM, and email to let you know they are thinking about you. Today has been nice. I should be in class right now but when we walked into the class the professor passed out two handouts and then told us we could go home. That just made my day.
