It's been quite a while since I last updated. I don't even know where to start.
Alright, domestic fishing. Way back on Thursday the 23rd(ish) Kelly, Ashley, Sharon, Jenna and I all went domestic fishing at the pet store in the mall. Even though what I really wanted was a cute little puppy, I got a pretty little red and pink beta fish because Kelly said she wouldn't buy me a dog. We went to AC Moore and Kelly bought me a new bowl and even new marbles to match my new fishy!! (that Kelly sure is something, huh?) We named Carrie Hudson but we called him Metry because he was a metrosexual. Sad news though, shortly after Carrie Hudson was brought into this wonderful place, (s)he passed away while I was at work on Tuesday (the 28th) morning. :'( As Jenna said though, "At least he was all in one piece". haha We kinda knew (s)he was going to die though, she didn't look too well on Sunday night/all day Monday. .:*RIP Carrie Hudson aka Metry 9.23.04 - 9.28.04*:.
On Saturday, the 25th I went home because Loco was on Sunday. It was alright, being home doesn't really do much for me anymore. I'm so much happier when i'm here. but Saturday night I did get to hang out with Shauna so that was cool. She had people over her house to watch the red sox game and then we did the usual, play pool, go to CVS, and play Life. It was fun though. I don't really go out a lot at school. We always just hang out in someone's room, so it was good to get out. Also on Saturday I went to visit Alan, but he had left earlier that morning to go to Pennsylvania for the week to stay with his grandparents. I was sad. I haven't seen that baby since like the 1st day of September. I'm having baby withdrawals dammit! But i'm going home probably for a night or two this coming weekend so hopefully i can go visit him or maybe even babysit for a while. I'm going home the 16th to babysit him, so if it doesn't work out then, I will definitely get to see him soon! haha i'm so excited. i'm a dork.
Sunday, I went to Locobazooka with Shauna and Rosy and Lorelei and a bunch of other people who i could name, but am just too lazy to, and it was so much fun, i had a great time. We ended up getting there a little late because of all the confusion in the morning so we only caught like half of Mike's set so that was upsetting, but from what we saw of his band, they were really really good. We also got to see tons of other bands like Kittie, Shadows Fall, Jaded, Nonpoint, Saliva, Crossfade and Shinedown. They were all really good, Kittie was a bit too screamy for me. I was all set with the screaming, but when they weren't screaming they were good. My favorites would have to be Shinedown, Crossfade and Saliva...and Fading Silence, of course! I didn't think it would be that fun, and aside from random crowd surfers landing on my head, it was a good time.
Tuesday night while Ashley and I were in Walmart picking up a few things, I decided I would take another crack at the whole fish-owning thing. This time I strayed away from the Betas and bought a small orange goldfishy. It was hard naming this one because we've gone through so many now, haha, but Mike was put in charge of naming it. A few of the choices were Handi Kelly Cap Stay The Fuck Away, Shegheki Hasigawa, and Johnson, Dick Johnson, but in the end we went with his first name, Sherman, or as he likes to call him, Sherman the indestructible goldfish.
Last night was a lot of fun. Everyone (Sharon, Mike, Kelly, John, Michelle,Pat, Jenna + Friends, and I) ended up hanging out in here playin cards and stuff. It was a good time. It still amazes me how much was spilled on the floor, and it still kinda reeks of alcohol in here, but oh well, it was definitely fun.
Today I basically slept all day. I didn't get up until 12 and then went to brunch with mi amiga mas intelligente aka Kelly, then came back here and finished cleaning and getting the yuck smell out of here. I went to walmart to get some more cold medicine, some tissues and some trashbags, came back, watched the rest of the red sox game and then fell asleep at 4 and didn't get up until Sharon called at 8. I went over Sharon and Kelly's for a while and watched tv and i've been back here since about 11:15, just hanging out. I should be going to bed since it's 2:00, but i'm not really tired. I'll probably go soon since i have a bunch of homework and studying to do for next week.
