frustrating.

see? this is what happens to me. i just made my first post in the polyamory community on here... i tried to ask a question and i think i got one real answer to it. and a nice handful of responses, which i appreciate, but really i just want my question answered.  it makes me feel like i just suck at communicating. should i not have introduced myself ( Read more... )

Sweetheart, you phrased things in a certain way. The kids in the comm are going to pinpoint your real problems and ask you about them.

You don't need more crushes. You need counseling. Suicidal thoughts, no matter the cause, are BAD, okay?

I just can't say more than that. You need a counselor. Badly. So please go find one. There are ones that are poly-friendly. The community can help you with that.

The polyamory community is ready to help and everyone i mean EVERYONE seems to
have an opinion. You did fine in asking a question.

If you are looking for therapy, DBT in particular you might start with this group:

Ask if they have a sliding scale and tell them what your issues are. If they cannot help you ask them if they can refer you to someone else.
