A Pearson Bay Tour
Well, I thought that since I now have two legacies running in Pearson Bay, and because I've put some much work into it, that I would give a little tour and show it off. I admit, I just want to share it because I'm very happy with it. :)
This is the harbour area and the more kitschy downtown. There are quaint little shops and it's a beautiful place for a stroll. The building with the big pirate ship is the boardwalk. Next to that is the Painted Lady Apartments and beside that is a park. On the opposite side is a bakery, a pet shop and Annabelle's flower shop.
Over on this side there is the Musuem of Marine Biology (from PB's Elsewhere neighbourhood) a fish shop and a hot spring with a fishing pond and a little cafe. Across the road from that is a peaceful walking park.
Down the road from that is a magazine stand, a grocery, a diner and a corner store. As well as a town parking lot and a small park.
On the far side of town is the city region. There are bars, clubs, shops and apartment buildings in this region.
Up this road is the entrance to Levittown gated community. (Four of the houses were downloaded from a member of wella_creations.)
I haven't finished building the community yet. So if anyone has any tropical houses that would fit in a suburb that are the right lot sizes let me know! The blue lot is going to be the Levittown Community Park. For Levittown residents only, of course. Oh yea, and that big white blurb is a house I need to remove, and where Ben and his crew live, as well as some of the sims I've created and been meaning to put up for download.
Up on the lonely hill by the observatory is where Jessie and Nick live as well as the simself house.
This area of town houses the beach houses, as well as the legacy familes. The biggest, blue house is the Shadow Home. Beside that house is Liam and Sunny's house (also, the white things are palm trees that came with Beatdoc's The Salt and The Ocean house, anyone know why they show up like that in the neighbourhood? They're fine on the lot...) Right across from Liam's house, the light blue house, is where Nicole and her kids live. Beside that is Honour's house.
And lastly a closer look at the downtown area. The trailer park with the green bauble overhead is where Kia lives. And two lots over (not the Corner Shoppes but the big brown building beside that) is Server Down Apartments where Liam and Sunny used to live.
So yea, that's Pearson Bay. I've put a LOT of effort into this neighbourhood and I just love it. I'm really hoping that Liam's house's glitchyness is not neighbourhood related. Also, the dog - Pickle - once had a thought bubble with the squiggly lines, but that was just once. So fingers crossed that everything's okay!
