A proposal:
I've avoided talking about politics in my livejournal during this campaign, and I'll go back to avoiding it after this post. But I suggest a proposal should be negotiated between the two campaigns:
If Sen. McCain from henceforth stops peppering his responses with "my friends," then Sen. Obama can completely eschew starting his responses with "Look." or any other single syllable followed by a long pause.
I don't propose any limitations on either VP candidate, because political humorists need to make fun of something.
