Here is my first 4 week report. So quick... As usual for holidays...
Apart from our 1 week trip, I'm a good girl :) Exercises and the diet as per schedule.
Here is my monthly report.
So, what I have:
- 2-3 strength sessions (2 with personal trainer + 1 pump)
- 2 intensive cardio sessions (spin / power hour / interval)
- 2-3 yoga (video lessons)
Diet. I always ate less that 1300-1400 Cal, except Z+ days once per week when I'm allowed to.
I had 2 Z- days per week (1200 Cal and low in carbs - no bread / fruits etc)
I drank alcohol only twice - on 31th December and 13th January (a glass of wine)
I didn't have ice-cream, cakes, anything fat etc. I was really the good girl.
And what do we have? Almost nothing. -0.5 kg. wtf!!!
But I can definitely see results on the photo
