i miss the puppy.
lego had his surgery today. they say he's doing just fine--is eating and drinking and going potty for them--but i am still worried about him and i miss him. this is the longest he's been away from home since we got him.
i am really sick right now. AGAIN. this time it's a sinus infection with a flu and an earache. i am starting to hate my couch for more reasons other than it's hella ugly--i have spent more time on that couch so far this year than probably did in the entirety of last year. it's also starting to concern me that my immune system sucks so bad. i would just blame it on my job, but this most recent sickness and the one before it both hit me full force on a sunday night, so it seems unlikely to me that work is where i got them.
i hope i am better for this weekend. it should be AWESOME! friday night is of course st. patty's, saturday is my dad's birthday pub crawl, and sunday is my grandpa's 75th birthday party. none of those events are something i would like to be sick for. maybe it's all getting out of my system now and i should be happy about it.
