spring itch
it's only march 4th, and i am already itching for my 3 C's: cardinals games, camping, and the canoe trip! :) everyone prepare yourself for the "please-God-let-summer-come-quick-so-i-can-get-my-tent-out" blues.
actually, this year i can add another C to the list: chicago! :) i canNOT wait for that trip! i kind of "practiced" for it today--lol. i went shopping with jadrien and spent a lot of money. but at least i am *very* happy with all the purchases i made. i will tell ya, that's a pretty rare thing.
i actually did get a few things on my list done even though i didn't actually spend all my time at home today. check it out:
1. do laundry (almost done)
2. write a paper (expanded on my sentence to make up an entire paragraph)
3. catch up on my web homework (ok, didn't do any of it)
4. go to office max and try to find a date stamp (DONE!)
5. make a few HOP worksheets (yeah . . . not so much)
6. write a letter to my HOP parents about Book It! (again no)
7. go to kohl's and look for a swimsuit (DONE!)
8. grocery shop (getting ready to maybe possibly do it tonight. maybe.)
tonight not only do i still have to go grocery shopping, but i also have to try to get to wal-mart to get a present for cory's cousin's birthday party tomorrow. it's 7 o'clock, so i guess i should really get moving on that, but i am pretty shopped-out. however, i at least have to get one of them done today, and it looks like grocery shopping will be it. i am procrastinating it (which is OK since shnuck's is open 24 hours) by "working" on the paper i have to do that's due wednesday, and as you can see i haven't gotten real far. i am feeling pretty tired now that i spent all day on my feet! but you never know--i might make it.
