I always have had acne as well. There are a couple things that have helped but it depends on where your acne is coming from. First of all I’d recommend a dermatologist or a professional facialist because sometimes acne is bacteria related or hormonal related or you’re using products are are too drying. A healthy diet and exercising (sweating) is so important.
I was allergic to gluten and I didn’t even know. Seriously cutting that out changed my life. Zinc supplements help with bacteria. If they don’t make you nauseous they’re not working so eat something with them. Raw fruits and vegetables high in antioxidants are great for the skin-berries/cucumbers/celery/pineapple/kale/chard.
Try green smoothies in the morning or drink lemon water throughout the day. Sip on noni juice-also great for skin. Also, take a great probiotic. Theralac is my favorite but there are many. Lastly, one thing that has helped me tremendously to give glowy skin is sipping on apple cider vinegar before and then after meals. One tablespoon in a large glass of water. It’s gross but look up the benefits. It’s great for you. Some say to put it on your face. I would not do that.
I would consult a professional about products you should use. Getting extracted is crucial for me. It definitely depends on the kind of acne you have. Thanks for following and good luck! Would love to hear if anything has helped you more than something else.
