Menu for class today:

1. Charlotte Russe, Amy made the cake and I decorated the top along with making the whip cream.
2. Plain and chocolate croissants, V made these
3. Baklava, I made the Baklava
4. Flan, we tried again today but we weren’t the only group to mess up on these.
5. Chocolate Mousse, D did really good on these.
