this is the story of how I died.
off to sulk and cry because i've decided to be an annoying prat about my exam results tonight.
my happy streak of As and Bs for the past 4.5years of my academia life is ruined. RUINED. (You would think it's not bad, considering I've never gotten a C for 10 semesters of exams and shit)
This is horrifyingly depressing. I have not gotten a C since O'Levels and that was far too long ago. And it should have stayed that way. This looks incredibly poor. And don't compare my school with yours, because over here everybody gets depressed if they get a score lower than B+
And that's how obsessed students are with their nothing-less-than-an-A-on-my-golden-transcript. pff. Not healthy. I'm not even demanding that, but never ever did I expect how life could be like with a transcript that spells an ugly C on it. (Okay, now I am just being maddeningly annoying, aren't I?)
the only consolation: it could have been worse. I'm one grade shy of total GPA annihilation. (who knows that might happen next sem, or the next. I'm just quite relieved that i escaped the shark this time round)
so let's focus on the happier stuff instead.

Surprise surprise, I guess my American prof took a liking to my Brown teeshirt. ALWAYS A CONVERSATION STARTER WHENEVER YOU SEE AMERICAN PROFESSORS I TELL YOU. ALWAYS. and my efforts in trying to make a connection with her paid off? I put in extra effort when conversing with her. god it was hard but at least I gave a decent impression. I am still waiting on a British prof though, hahahahh. Come, I have a cabinet of tee-shirt conversation starters. Shhh just sign up for all their classes.
Sound Design
this only means I really need to start taking more electives that are VERY relevant to my interests.

HAHAHA THIS IS JUST REALLY FUNNY I DID NOT EXPECT THIS ALL. but i killed myself over the exam preparation so yeah the efforts are directly proportionate, at least..
as for the rest, except that fucking ugly C, it was quite expected. I can never get more than a B+ for my history modules. Maybe my essay writing skills had hit its cap, and it can never be of an A material. /sad
