rainy gray weather is ushering in the new year in madison. gross.
people are coming over at 6:30 for dinner and celebrations- hopefully it will be a fun time.
i've just discovered my lifeguarding cert is up this may. the question is, is it worth renewing? i don't think so. the only way i would consider it at all worth it was if i was planning to work second half at camp, which is on the list of possibilities but only as a mere speck in the distance. (if anyone hears anything about who Bastien's replacement will be, let me know!)
i need to finish my Thailand app, but i'm having a hard time finding the motivation to write my statement of motivation. ideally i'll have the thing in the mail before i take off for LA. that is my goal.
