Letters and Updates #01 #Zak
Always stuck with what to say at this space, always compelled to have improved from the last update. I think this space has grown stagnant, and everything I've been meaning to say have been contained to 140 characters or less these days.
The hols was over even before it began. One week worth of partying, bkk etc inclusive before the incident. It's been two weeks since your passing, and meeting the River Boys each, or every other night has been helping a whole lot. 'Cept we call out your name quite a bit - like if Zak was here... Zak would be laughing right now, or something. They've been an amazing group of friends, the dance boys. I see why you like hanging out with them so much now. And I've gotten a lot closer to Pres and Nic, like we're meeting and talking so much more, even w Pres, on Whatsapp - think you can read our messages in our group chat? Still keeping the Favourite Boys chat alive.

The 'Team' has been pretty amazing as well - the strongest pillar of support anyone can have. Each time someone thanks us for being such good friends / support for your family I think back on how you've been there for all of us, so much so we now want to give back, in our own ways and in whatever ways we can. Keith has a FIFA WCG he's joined for you this weekend - we're going down to support him. Keagan's also been really sweet, like this is the second week he's going to church - we all went last week hahaha you should've seen the boys in church, way cute - laughing and trying to cover up their laughter cos we were in the first four pews! Everyone was also sleep-deprived - almost LOLed when Rambert said he was gonna start praying now. Eugene made everyone laugh cos the pastor looked like Steve Jobs with his iPad announcing the new iPhone 5. Shihui and Kai came too! We had peranakan food hehe. Cindy joined us after :) Oh, and Elysha!
And your friends from church were pretty astounded by us as well. They were so friendly Boon was making fun of 'em alr, haha.
There's Watcha Got next week too - think only some of the RKs are going down and I'm gonna head down to support them, 11am ohgod. Going down w Jaydn too! Rahim's gonna join as "Isaac Tng". That's got to be an interesting battle. A lot of us actually wanna go back to dance. I'm gonna make it happen somehow once I've settled in with school work. I know you'd have wanted to see that :) We could have sessioned together! Can't even remember the last time we've danced together but Scape and the toy-catching machines last night brought back so many memories. Remember our first masterclass / open class? Hahahaha that was funny, and way too ambitious.
Had dinner with Uncle Tommy, Moses and Yuan yuan last night too! Been really nice getting to know them more, and Moses.. he's a really sweet boy. Doesn't come across friendly at first but he's warming up to everyone, and growing v much on me. We're all meeting for Step Up 4 later - you would have been the one to organise this, or watch it with the RKs or whichever. Whatever the case, we would have watched it together somehow. Elena's watching w us later too :) Think you would have liked that. She's opening up in her own way and I'm glad she's not shutting anyone of us out.
I think it's been amazing (three times' a charm) how you brought everyone closer together, it really is. How you've tied almost every single aspect of your life into one cohesive force in the only way you know how. Even friends who aren't close to us or people we don't know to begin with (Izzie, htm?) has opened up to us and talked to us. You've united us in grief and spirit, working in your little isaacky way. We miss you, very much. Mengchou and Keagan last night especially. Gonna visit you with the sgss boys this Sat again too - Kench never got to say goodbye, sigh. Watch over all of us okay? We'll always be here for you bro.
