Almost Off This Walking Dead Thing
So I feel like I am almost out of this Walking Dead obsession. I have basically read all the good fanfics I could find (and there are a lot of really bad ones also that I just could not get through) watched the scenes with them I love over and over again. Running out of stuff to look at. There will be a marathon starting from the beginning on AMC on New Year's Eve so if you are interested, check it out. I am planning on recording them all so that I can go back and look for different things I may have missed.
In other news, Hannukah was a lot of fun. We got to light the candles and exchange gifts every night. Jeremy got me lightsaber candlestick holders, a tiny batleth letter opener and a tardis lunch box. So awesome! I got him Phantom of the Opera tickets on Broadway in March, an MP3 player and a Wolverine bobblehead along with a bunch of candy. Still going to get him something nice for Christmas. Fun to get to celebrate both holidays. We even have a little X-mas tree and I hung my Star Trek ornaments on it.
Work was pretty busy until this week. Now it is slowing down. To be expected especially because of the holiday. I feel like the theme lately has been eye issues. Before that it was diabetes. Stuff seems to run in phases.
Saw The Hobbit. I liked and now I can see how they are going to get 3 movies out of that book: adding in stuff from the other books! Genious idea. While not as dark as LOTRs (which I am always a fan of dark), I liked it a lot.
