I say totally go to the interview. Change is good, in the long run! At least check the new place out and ask them some questions. :)

do it! go to the interview. these chances don't happen all that often. also, going to interviews for jobs you may not want always gives you practice at interview, i feel. it gets you comfortable talking about yourself, you get to see what new questions are out there. change is always hard but you have to put yourself out there for good things to happen to you. :)

Look at it like this a woman will cheat on her boyfriend if he isn't fullfilling her needs even if the guy is the perfect guy some women will still go out on him. IN your case your boyfriend is only putting in part time. You aren't getting any benefits and you are going out of your way for something that doesn't seem worth it. You have kids and the insurance would come in very handy. Plus this job might pay you enough to eventually get a car. Which would negate the need to transfer so much on the bus.
Hell i like my job but i'll be darned if a job that pays 4 bucks more an hour comes along. You better believe i'll be telling those hillbillies i quit! Loyalty is one thing but buisiness is buisiness. They are in it for the money and so should you be.

Haha, I think you should go for it. I'd mainly go for it for the insurance. Take it from a guy without it: it's a wonderful thing, possibly one of the main reasons why I would choose one job over another.
