Oddly enough Johnny Cash and I have a common ancestor in one Robert Howard Cash (b. 1706 Westmoreland Co. VA, d. 1772 Amherst Co. VA). I finally got confirmation recently that his daughter, Rosanna Cash, was indeed the wife of William Bicknell (my earliest known Bicknell ancestor) and thus my sixth great-grandmother. I just haven't written about it before, despite being a Cash fangirl, because that makes us like umpteenth cousins who knows how many times removed and I don't find it that important. The connection is three hundred years back.
And I no longer have his will and now I can't find the email in which it was sent to me. Dammit!
