another fall class test

I'm very happy with how it came out, and it's definitely a go for this fall! I was hurrying and sewed the pleats going the wrong way but there you have it. Definitely use a woven fusible interfacing for this bag or it will end up like cardboard! It's the first time I have worked with fusible fleece, and I kind of like it. More class tests soon - I just got my sample Kwik Sew patterns today in the mail so jacket and dress coming up next!
I must take a minute to thank the powers that be for Dianna Wynne Jones and my husband. Josh was at Amoeba today and picked up for me a $20 used copy of Buffy Season 7, the one I don't have, and the new SQUARE PEGS! With an extra episode and mini episodes... I'm so psyched. Dianna Wynne Jones has written yet another interesting, amazing and intelligent fantasy book that will take a second reading to catch it all. Where does this woman's brain come from? So much more engaging than most of the top ten stuff out there. The Chronicles of Chrestomanci Volume 3 - so awesome. All three volumes are highly recommended for a good summer read.
